Decent sandwich and ok service but there’s no soda fountain and the parking lot sucks
Only 1 person working. She was quick and well mannered.
Great experience at Subway Lincoln! The food was fresh, the staff were friendly, and the service was quick. I enjoyed my sandwich and would definitely consider coming back.

Subway at 2185 NW Hwy 101 has received mixed reviews recently, but the dedication of its staff has stood out. An employee named Alan was noted for his friendliness and hard work, even opening early for customers and providing excellent service despite being visibly overworked. He prioritized customers in the store while handling online orders and showed professionalism by discussing the bread options available, including fresh Italian herbs and cheese.
Customers praised the quality of their sandwiches, mentioning that the restaurant had everything they wanted, which has not always been the case. However, some issues persist. The restaurant has received complaints about the outside appearance, which looks uninviting and abandoned, and the inside being very empty with limited food options. Customers also noted the absence of soda machines and a lack of basic items like chips.
Concerns about long lines due to limited staff have been raised, and some customers reported rotten vegetables on sandwiches and a dirty dining area. There are also mentions of the restaurant lacking amenities like cold beverages and change for tips. The need for better management and improved facilities has been highlighted, with a call for the franchise owner to address these issues. Despite these challenges, the hard work and dedication of employees like Alan encourage some customers to return.
