Bought 3 different items for the family. Everyone loved their sandwich. My kids bragged how good their lunch was. We will be having it again . Gonna be in our rotation of places to go.
Have no idea how the food is because I’ve been sitting here half an hour just waiting to get a sub sandwich.How in the world does it take this long to make a sub sandwich?While I do appreciate that the staff made things right in the end. The staff here needs more positive support from their management. Including the hiring of more staff so people aren’t so overloaded.

It's always a great day when I get to eat a Firehouse sub! The meat is the best of all of the sandwich shops, the bread is the absolute best! It's soft and full of flavor! The only thing I wish they had is cheddar cheese for cold sandwiches. Otherwise they're perfect
