To DOMINO'S CORPORATE & THE DISTRICT MANAGER FOR CRATER LAKE AVE., MEDFORD, OREGON LOCATION:
In the DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS ... at the very beginning of the box, I wrote ..
'PLEASE ADD ENOUGH NAPKINS FOR 2 PIZZAS' ... then came the part that has been there for 5 plus years of 'PLEASE RING THE BELL AND PLACE ON THE MAT.'
Not only was the Pizza 10 minutes past the time it SAID it was delivered online.
Not only when I called the first time I was put on HOLD for 5 minutes and finally hung up and called back and whomever answered said, 'Can't trust the map.'
When the driver, Darwin, 5 MINUTES LATER finally brought the pizzas and 2-Litre Root beer (my standard order)
a) He knocked on the door. Did not RING THE BELL as the instructions are clearly there.
b) I answered and asked, 'Where's the napkins ..?' The delivery driver said, 'Oh, I didn't bring any ...'
c) I said, 'Do you have some in the car ..?' He said, 'Yes, I'll be right back.'
d) I waited in my open door for 5 minutes and HE DID NOT RETURN.
e) At 6:52pm, Pac. Time., I then called my Crater Lake Ave. Dominos and asked for the Manager. The person who answered said he was ... but would not give me his name, once I told him that there was NO NAPKINS that were CLEARLY ON THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS ... said, 'Well the drivers don't read the instructions.'
Ultimately, this is unconscionable business practice on that store and that staff's job to NOT READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.
Especially for the nearly $32 it cost me. I was going to further tip the driver $5 cash -- BUT HE NEVER CAME BACK.
One must wonder what other incompetence's is part and parcel with the Crater Lake Ave. store in Medford, Oregon ..?
Now, is it unreasonable for your staff to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ..? No.
The 'gee whiz' attitude from your Manager is how you lose valued customers.
Now, what make good in the future is corporate going to do about this ..? Starting with like tell your people to read the instructions ..? I HOPE SO.

I feel like Domino's has really upped their pizza. Tonight's pizza was hands down the best we've had of any Domino's in the valley.

New slogan:"Domino's, where we will butcher your order and be an hour late delivering it. Afterwards, you'll call and complain to corporate and they will give you a credit to replace your order. When you call for said replacement order, it will change from a $38 replacement, to a $6 pizza."Go bankrupt.

Was the best pizza I've had from any Domino's in a very long time. Crust was a little more done than I like, but besides that was very good!

Food was great!!!! actually had enough toppings and didn't skimp but staff.. smh the guy that was working 11/25 approx 7-8 pm, you sir, I know your momma taught you better than that., absolutely disrespectful and inconsiderate! Hope someone schools you on customer service/genuineness/consideration for others!
Pizza was burnt. Garlic bites were hard. Cinnamon bites were hard also. Couldnt eat them. Absolutely

Dominos has really stepped it up over the past few years. It's my family's goto for a quick option. Its close to home for us. And, you can't really beat the value and the delivery is always super fast from the craterlake ave location.

Door sign says no public restroom. Asked if they had restrooms for customers. Was told they were closed. They have seating where you can eat. Don't they need to provide a restroom?
