I had hoped the wait wouldn’t be too bad since it seemed like their was 6-7 employees there at close to 3pm….I think there was maybe 3 customers in there and one had already ordered…Unfortunately only 1 of the 6-7 was actually doing any work to make sandwiches…18 minutes later I finally got my sandwich…Took me maybe 5 minutes to get home…My HOT sandwich was already cold…After Warming I up in the microwave, it was a pretty good sandwich…But not good enough to ignore...read full review
Firehouse hit the mark with their chicken parm sub! I stopped eating beef 20 years ago and haven't been able able to enjoy one since. It was better than I imagined. The staff is also super friendly and my order was ready before the promised time. Definitely recommend!

Food is good, staff mostly new and unsure how to cash in points for food. A change in website app resulted in me losing 4400 points -- enough for 4 large subs. Firehouse refuses to return these point to my account. I will not go there again as they stole my earned points.
