While waiting 10 to 15 minutes for our order in a pretty empty drive-thru, the employees were not friendly at all and once we got home and ate our food, my wife threw up after only eating the egg roll, she didn't even touch the other food. We immediately threw the food out. Waste of time and money and we will never go back to any Jack in the Box ever again.

Came here on a whim as it had been a while.The menu is huge, and it had a lot of typical "American" buttered, battered, and fried food.I'd be lying, though, if I said my mouth wasn't salivating while ordering.There were multiple things out of stock, and the prices for food were a bit high. For 3 people, with 2 appetizers, and I only got the burger, not the meal, it ended up costing $55The burgers were relatively plain, but the chicken strips were pretty good.Come here if you don't worry about budget, and want a crunchy high carb meal.

After waiting almost 15 minutes in the drive thru, my food was terrible. Fries were old and cold. Burger was dry and flavorless. To top it off, they gave me the wrong type of flat soda. The worst jack in the box I have ever ate at.

I wish I could give zero stars. The employees were SO RUDE to us. They intentionally refused to take our order. It was a nightmare. We only have two locations in town now and we will always choose the one across town now!

It's so sad that the Grants Pass location closed during covid. It was my favorite burger in town... The food was good, took a while to be acknowledged, but once we were, we got very friendly service. Food didn't take long. The store was clean.

My break sandwiches weren’t made properly and because I took 2 bites before I asked to have it fixed and they were too busy, they would only refund the sandwich I didn’t touch. Only 3 dollars, bust seriously. Not sure if I’m going to continue to come

If I could have given 1/2 start to the service and atmosphere I would because my husband and I waited for 10 min in the empty lobby for someone to help us then the young lady who helped us messed up our order and had to do it 3 times by the end when we got our good we were already frustrated and then our food was stale and cold more than likely won't go back

Got here at 9:40 on Christmas for DoorDash. Tried handle on both doors, locked. Sign said lobby open until 10 and there were no Christmas hours notices. I knock on door and make eye contact with a man in the lobby. He motions to go through the drive-thru. Waiting in drive thru, an employee says they are only accepting DoorDash orders.Fine by me, I’m paid by the hour.Though I think they should get a small PC and printer for employees to print paper signs as a heads up. Saw a mother and her daughter come and try the locked door, only to despair and get trapped in the parking lot in the sea of cars. I get inexperienced or short staff problems, but communicating challenges with signage is a management thing that honestly helps greatly for little effort. Atmosphere has a rustic charm: they kindly leave the back door open with cardboard boxes littering the floor. It’s a little strange.
