Freaky slow. My kids are picky but like their subs. I’ve never been to a JJ’s that’s empty and takes 10 minutes to hand you 2 slims. Every. Single. Time.

They have changed their bread, which makes the sandwich completely different.

I like Jimmy John's and it was routinely my go-to sandwich place in Northern Nevada. I went to at least 3 different locations there and the food was consistently good. A location in Utah was also comparably good - at least 4.5 stars. So, I figured I could depend on JJ's to deliver a good sandwich, regardless of location.Wrong.The Riverside location in Medford, OR was simply not what I expect from a JJ's. There was almost no meat on my sandwich. I see another review here that complained of the same thing. My Turkey Tom was bread, lettuce, tomato, a pitifully small thimbleful of avocado for an extra $2, and an even smaller amount of turkey. They should rename it just a "Tom" and dispense with the turkey altogether. I am new to the area (3 weeks) and unbeknownst to me, and without her telling me in advance, my sister who lives 300 miles away had visited the same location last month and had exactly the same experience, so this leads me to believe there is a management issue at this location - not a one-off quality problem on one order. Her experience was so bad that she actually took a photo and management refunded her money. I learned all this only after making a passing comment to another family member, who then relayed the story. Two different people. Two different days. Two different sandwiches. Same experience. Maybe there's a pattern here.We are not a family of Karens, either. The fact that two of us - completely independent of each other, on different weeks - experienced the same issue suggests that there is a policy in place to go heavy on bread and condiments, and incredibly skimpy on meat. I don't want to get in the habit of ordering "extra meat" just to get back to a normal amount.I'll try the 2nd Medford location and see if the results are any different. If not, I'll be finding another place to get sandwiches - which is a shame because I like JJ's bread. Hoping this is a location-specific issue, and not "the new normal" for JJ's.

I just moved here an love sandwiches. the sandwich was ok but the kid making my sandwich was rude to me. Kyron with a beard. He was saying To me are you Indian with a feather. Who says that?

Left a bad review on their site. Ordered off the ap and after waiting 15 minutes to have it brought out I went in and they hadn't even started it.

This was my second time here, the sandwich couldn't have been drier! I, couldn't understand why, the place was so noisy, not from the 4 customers? Gross, that only 1 employee, had a hat, no hair nets. Certainly should have hair nets, I will be checking with the health department!

The food was good and ready pretty fast, the place was clean and had entertaining signs around to read, prices were fine, staff was mostly friendly. First visit to Jimmy John's so we weren't aware that we needed to grab our cups and chips from the front and find the straws and napkins. Signs, verbal instructions or something like more obvious placement of these things would be helpful in the future.

Ordered an Original #1 which used to be ham and cheese. Was more of a lettuce and bread sandwich. I counted 4 thin slices of ham it took to cover the base and and about the same for cheese lol. Reminds me of why I never stop there and why the place is always empty.

Was supposed to have my order I. 15-20 mins was delivered in 55 mins after goin in and checking one of my sandwiches was gone so i called and Lily the girl working said she would send driver back out w my sandwich i said that was fine. Then 15 mins later get a call telling me she is not goin to send her driver out w my sandwich because it was getting late. I said it is 9pm and u close at 10pm not to mention I placed my order around 740pm. And I also spent $42 to get my food wrong. Probably worst cust service I have ever had. Cant seem to get good customer service now days..
