The most rude bartenders of any bar in all of Southern Oregon. Anybody that goes there knows the main bartender does not care about anything she never greets anybody or ever smiles. The other woman bartender that runs the floor is horrible and soooo rude I have never experienced such horrible service from any bar or restaurant in all of Southern Oregon in all of my years here. This place is a joke.

Dis not realize last call on a Saturday was 145 well that's when told they had already called last call. Wanted a birthday drink with my husband for his bday but we lost money in your machines then left before 2

My girlfriend and I went to Joe's at exactly 1:30am, we got recommended this bar from a friend. We walked and the brunette bartender said they were not serving anymore after Google said they are open until 2:30am. She was rude and we left immediately. We were traveling from up north and just want one.

The menu here is pretty extensive. We really only get the Game Day Nachos with queso sauce and chili. It is way more than two people can share and is delicious. We enjoy the open tables on Saturday. Service is usually terrific. Very attentive staff. This is one of the reasons why we come back every weekend.Kid-friendliness: Not for children, 21 and over only.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible.

Used to go here a lot. But the last 4 trips have made a group of us decide never again. I believe they have new ownership or mgt. Whatever, the fact is everything has gone downhill. All the new people are giving this place a bad name. The food is ok but that has changed there too and its not nearly as good. The atmosphere is about the same although that was never why you would go. The service is horrendous. Especially from a dark haired braided girl. She walks around like she is in a daze and only really helps those she knows apparently. Bringing food late, forgetting about your table for lengthy periods of time as she stands around talking to her friends and just being rude in general. This isnt just one time but 4 times in a row, by the same girl. The drinks are all over the place, order the same drink different nights and get different results. One of us got a tequila sunrise without the grenadine, not sure how that happens and it had sour and orange juice, so was basically a tequilla sour that tasted bad. The last trip she made up some rule that has never existed before which we just laughed at and then left for the last time. We can tell she doesnt like us and get the point by now. My dad used to own a few bars and when I was young he told me how employees can make or break a place, I understand now what he meant.

Lettuce and avocado were brown and minuscule on the avocadoc plus the bacon was precooked, and not even an attempt at putting in the microwave to be hot. Along with the child size hand grab of French fries for $16, I felt I wasn’t getting what I paid for. As soon as I made a comment/complaint to management, Samantha (Joes daughter) jumped down my throat and 86’d me on the spot from the bar and The Store, other end of the parking lot. It’s really quite surprising and pathetic in my honest opinion that she had her own ego, so hurt that she just acted out on pure hatred towards me for no reason that was applicable to my complaint about the food I paid for. I highly do not recommend this business place for a meal of any kind especially if you like hot bacon on your food.

My boyfriend and I were refused service because his ID had bubbles around his picture and it could be “tampered with”. He got it it from the DMV so there really shouldn’t be an issue. She proceeded to say she knows the new ID’s have been doing that. If they know it’s happening why are they refusing service. Get an ID scanner to check if it’s real because doing this to customers is how you’ll lose customers. We have been there numerous amounts of times with the SAME ID without an issue. But with this experience, we will not be returning. We drove all the way from Ashland to Medford just to go on a date at this spot.

Have been here multiple times, but tonight was terrible. Drink orders wrong, food took forever and the appetizers came with the dinner. Never got ranch we asked for and our friends BLT was wrong and 45mins later she still didn’t have her food. She cancelled it and we left, poor staff and service. Will not
