This place has bad service every time I go. Somethings missing out of my order.They forgot to get my fries on my order this time. then I open my apple pie and the case it’s in is all smeared with purple filling, again Apple pie has no purple filling on them!!!

Staff was extremely rude. The store was not busy at all. Took a really long time to get order. Lady gave me the wrong size cup when I said something she gave me an even smaller cup and said take my pick. Needless to say I won’t be back. Overall service was horrible.

Every time I come to get a coffee it’s always cold. It’s 743pm now and I got a coffee and it’s cold. I’ve been super nice and patient and it’s always such a big deal when I ask for a new coffee. Yesterday I waited 20 minutes for a coffee that wasn’t cold and they weren’t busy and I was nice and told them I’m patient and can wait, but 20 minutes for a single cup of coffee!? come on. This is ridiculous. I don’t know a single person who wants cold coffee and it only takes a few minutes to make a fresh pot. It’s also not hard to be polite.
Waited 20 minutes after i got parked in the drivethrough and my single Spicy McChicken and one drink never came. Had to leave to go to work after that and no one answered the phone to figure out a refund. Food is really good here but no one ever greets you at the drivethrough window. You either get your food or sit there wondering what's going on for several minutes

12/23/2023 - Placed mobile Order, was asked to pull out front to waited. Waited 15 mins for Fast food. Coffee machine didn't work so they Didnt bring me that part of my order. Opened my bag when i got to work Late because of waiting and none of my order was correct. Received 4 random items that weren't part of my order!
