Staff was extremely rude. The store was not busy at all. Took a really long time to get order. Lady gave me the wrong size cup when I said something she gave me an even smaller cup and said take my pick. Needless to say I won’t be back. Overall service was horrible.
Every time I come to get a coffee it’s always cold. It’s 743pm now and I got a coffee and it’s cold. I’ve been super nice and patient and it’s always such a big deal when I ask for a new coffee. Yesterday I waited 20 minutes for a coffee that wasn’t cold and they weren’t busy and I was nice and told them I’m patient and can wait, but 20 minutes for a single cup of coffee!? come on.
