WOW!!! Are you looking for great Chinese food without breaking the bank?? This place is for you!! I cannot believe how AMAZING the food was.. I brought a group of twelve seniors to Sing Fays today , we all loved the food . I am a hard one to please , and I thought it was in the top 3 restaurants that I have been to since I moved from the east coast eighteen years ago. They were so good to us . The prices are very affordable and the service was great . Since the remodel, the dining area is quite small and feels like an afterthought to the new lounge space, BUT I'm not there for the ambiance. The cuisine is IMPECCABLE. Real true authentic. My husband is Diabetic and the owner is extremely attentive to his needs. She consults with him about what substitutions would taste good and prepares dishes just for him.They have combined the 2 menus they had and a few of the more "exotic" dishes they have removed.
