Since the remodel, the dining area is quite small and feels like an afterthought to the new lounge space, BUT I'm not there for the ambiance. The cuisine is IMPECCABLE. Real true authentic. My husband is Diabetic and the owner is extremely attentive to his needs. She consults with him about what substitutions would taste good and prepares dishes just for him. They have combined the 2 menus they had and a few of the more "exotic" dishes they have removed. All our favorite delights are still there. The boiled fish, hot pots, and curried meats are amazing and always please. Even what I call the "American-ized" dishes like sweet and sour pork, pork chow mein, and pork fried rice are top notch in flavor and freshness of the ingredients.I recommend to ANYONE who will listen ❤️
Get the poor waitress some help. She's being run ragged.

Hard pass.Ordered over the phone. Was told $40. Showed up to a $56 Bill. Decided to eat it and not redo dinner. It was a mistake.Got home and the food was disappointing. The chow mein was supposed to have beef, chicken, and shrimp. It had a total of three finger size pieces of chicken and one of beef. Not a single shrimp. The szechuan beef had 6-10 finger sized pieces of beef. But they were burnt, tough and the only flavor was salt. The rest of the dish was cabbage. Just cabbage. The pancake consisted of two fried flower tortillas with red bean paste in the middle. Just why? Finally the sweet and sour sauce was not made correctly. It was runny and tasteless, like flavored water.Do yourself a service and go to chen's family dish in Dallas. There is no comparison.

WOW!!! Are you looking for great Chinese food without breaking the bank?? This place is for you!! I cannot believe how AMAZING the food was.. I've been to most of the local Chinese places have not been satisfied.. I left Sing Fay today feeling sooo happy, satisfied and valued as a customer. They don't skimp on anything, and NOTHING is overcooked or overpriced! Our waitress Carolina was terrific and highly involved with making our experience, the best possible. Broccoli Beef is the best I've ever tasted... I'm so happy to have found this amazing little restraunt. If you don't check them out, you are missing out! I'm still trying to comprehend why I went to any other restraunts for so long.

I brought a group of twelve seniors to Sing Fays today , we all loved the food . I am a hard one to please , and I thought it was in the top 3 restaurants that I have been to since I moved from the east coast eighteen years ago. They were so good to us . The prices are very affordable and the service was great . I will definitely be going back again , and again.Wheelchair accessibility: We didn't have a problem , we had two wheelchairs , and three walkers one is very big. We all fit fine
Excellent service ? they so nice and speak Spanish plus! Prices are

The dining area is not fancy but the food and service and prices are wonderful. We love the General's chicken, pork fried rice, egg rolls and crab puffs! We share there is so much food! For under $20 it is a deal. The lady is so nice always smiling and asks what we have planned for the day! We go everything we are in the Monmouth area. We drive a long way and it's worth it!

Not as good of an experience as it used to be. We sat in the bar, it was too dark to read the menu, I get it, it’s a lounge but it doesn’t have to be so dark. The strobe light and the blaring Hispanic music was really annoying. The food wasn’t very good and I had to ask for my soup after my meal came out. The sweet and sour pork was hard and the crab puffs had small trace amount of crab, tasted mostly like cream cheese. The sweet and sour sauce has changed as well. It’s not the bright, tasty sauce it used to be, it’s kinda brownish and watery. It’s a shame that it’s changed so much. It’s a Chinese restaurant with a darkly lit room, loud hispanic music, a strobe light, and lowered quality food. What happened to the Chinese decor? We were really looking forward to going in again after the remodel but we won’t be going back.
