When this location first opened, the staff and food were superb! I used to be greeted with friendly, efficient service and hot, "tastes as good as the picture looks" food. Sadly, in the last 6 months or so both have gone down hill considerably, most notably the service. Now the staff are very short and down right RUDE! When they get the food right, its tastes great. This isnt one of those Taco Bells you feel gross walking into or that NEVER gets your order right.But Ive had plenty of missteps at this specific place. Crunch wraps with nothing inside them, missing food, etc. Id say theres a 20% chance of your order being wrong in some way at all times. Staff at this taco bell is really unfriendly as everyone else has said. I hit the drive through 20 minutes before closing (I know) and told me they were closed. I would never go to a full service restaurant 20 minutes before closing but come on, this is fast food. If that's the policy then I would understand, but I haven't encountered that in fast food before.
