I came here for lunch today and the restauraunt was absolutely dirty. All tables were messy and garbage and food debris under soda station counter. When I initially ordered they were out of nearly every ingredient, and when I asked about the protein I wanted I was told "It will be awhile". I'll be back, just hoping to see some improvement in the environment of this location.
My husband and I come here frequently for dinner and are always happy with the service and quality of food but especially on the nights Nathan, the general manage, is there. Nathan always remembers my husband's order and makes sure to pull out there plain brown rice before my husband makes it to the counter. We love this location and are so happy we finally have a chipotle in Newberg

I waited in line for 15 min, not a single person even looked at me, the manager only said sorry, I don't understand why anyone in a position like that can't communicate with a customer, she could have Said, hey sorry we are backed up or whatever the case, we will be with you in this amount of time , but no nothing (communicate!!) Never got to order my food. ??
