Just off Hwy99 I found Happy Family Chinese Restaurant in Newberg. If you're not familiar, it's one of those places you could easily miss if you're not looking, but trust me, you'll wanna look.Stepping in, the vibe was cool—roomier than you'd think from the outside. A bit run down but the food and service are excellent. This place is a favorite for my wife and I.Parking: The parking lot is small and can get rather crowded. Sometimes it's easier to park at AutoZone and walk over.

the food was a bit miss, nothing bad though. id recommend this place if youre looking for something classic. the servers are kind and helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: you can get in pretty easy with a wheelchair, but there's no special wheelchair seating. not that you'd need it seeing as the tables seem pretty well accommodating by default.
