My family and I came here for Sunday brunch. We were all impressed with both the food and the service. My son said that the eggs Benedict was the best he has ever had. I heard good things about the fish and chips, and even though that would not be my normal go to, I went for it. It did not disappoint…the batter and the halibut were perfect. Great owners, staff & excellent food. What a gem!

The Newbergundian bistro with easily the best Eggs Benedict I have ever had and you will ever have hands down and Chef Shawn and we spoke about my food cart and culinary background and it was refreshing. Chef Shawn is highly skilled and is on his way to be a household name and here to stay as a Premier Oregon Chef. Thanks for being a great person and now an amazing friend. Thank you to the staff in welcoming us as a new addition to the family.

This is a gem! They take exquisite care of even small details of the food. Everything is either locally grown or made by themselves, and each combination is well thought through. They have a nice selection of wines and mixed drinks and a beautifully diverse menu to satisfy nearly any palette .

Fantastic place in Newberg. Reviews suggested sitting at the counter to watch the cooks. Sean and Scott were fabulous. Not only were we able to watch but we could ask questions. It was almost like a private cooking class I had the penne and Scott gave me several tips for cooking. We recommended to other diners who wondered what to order. Fabulous time. Great meal. Learned a lot.

I’ve eaten here twice in the past month; both times I ate the burger, which was made to absolute perfection each time (medium). Fish & chips was good and the flavors were solid, the service was excellent and it’s very old-school bistro inside. Great place.Parking: Lots of lots, but tricky to pull in there right off 99W.
We had heard about The Newbergundian for years and we were excited to finally visit it. We arrived in the evening it was a nice rustic ambiance with light music in the background which made it easy to carry a conversation, we ordered their Bruschetta, Mushroom Penne Pasta, Fish and Chips and finished off with a Crème Brulé. The food was all delicious, although the bruschetta could have used an extra generous hand with the olive oil however that could be up to taste. The customer service was great and potions were great. Overall a very good experience and lived up to their reputation.

Really cool new spot in Newberg. The food was great, you can see the chefs a bit which gives you a bit of the “Yes Chef” vibes. We got the meat and cheese board to start and I got this delightful pasta. We also got their spiced orange cake (not sure if that’s the name) and the crème brûlée. Both so delicious and lightly sweet. Highly recommend for a good date night spot or small group. It was quite busy and they don’t take reservations (I know isn’t that the worst?) so go early.
