The Newbergundian bistro with easily the best Eggs Benedict I have ever had and you will ever have hands down and Chef Shawn and we spoke about my food cart and culinary background and it was refreshing. Chef Shawn is highly skilled and is on his way to be a household name and here to stay as a Premier Oregon Chef. Thanks for being a great person and now an amazing friend. Thank you to the staff in welcoming us as a new addition to the family.
This is a gem! They take exquisite care of even small details of the food. Everything is either locally grown or made by themselves, and each combination is well thought through. They have a nice selection of wines and mixed drinks and a beautifully diverse menu to satisfy nearly any palette .

My family and I came here for Sunday brunch. We were all impressed with both the food and the service. My son said that the eggs Benedict was the best he has ever had. I heard good things about the fish and chips, and even though that would not be my normal go to, I went for it. It did not disappoint…the batter and the halibut were perfect. Great owners, staff & excellent food. What a gem!
