I used to have a problem with the orders being wrong, or the cheese not even being melted on a quesadilla, but lately it's been perfection!!! All orders are correct and the food has been amazing. There's plenty of parking, the inside is extremely clean, and the staff is very friendly.Kid-friendliness: Open space, kids friendly inside and out. There's also a frozen yogurt place, and kids play place next to it!
Staff is friendly enough at this North Plains location, and the food is fine. However, it’s usually really dirty in there -especially the bathrooms. Always food remnants on the table and floor. Additionally, it’s the coldest Taco Bell…no….. The coldest place you can go outside of a refrigerator. They have the air conditioning cranked all the way through the winter ….like at best it’s 52 degrees in there usually…..maybe that’s to dissuade people from sitting inside?

At 11:00 pm, their drive through was open. We wanted bean and cheese burritos. We were told they ran out and that it would take 30 minutes to heat them up. Uh, what? So, no crunch wraps or any burritos? You're open. Why don't you have beans?

Sleepy employee who took my order assured me that it was no problem to get them to leave off the sour cream. Still got the sour cream. And I'm certain I've never had cold canned diced tomatoes on my Mexican pizza before. That was sort of weird. They were out of large cups and dimes, according to the same sleepy employee as she raised her hands in protest, exclaiming she "didn't know what was going on with this place." ME either. But it was a value compared with their neighboring McDonalds. I'll go again, maybe.

We ordered three items. Two of them needed to be called out as vegetarian letting them know we were subbing beans for beef. One of them was fine the other had beef on it and unfortunately we had a 45+ minute.drive home and didn't attempt to eat the item while we were close enough to return..The staff was meh about us being there which was far different than our first time being there.

I always go through the drive through.The staff are so so kind!!The burrito's actually have beans in them!! Seriously, every time! They are not your typical flat taco hell burrito, lol! The Mexican pizza has meat in it! Every. Time! Again, unlike all the others.I pass my local Taco Bell to go to this one, it's the best!Thanks for your consistency & kindness! Your team rocks!
