Employees were considerate and professional. Since my husband had to still get his salad from Subway, the Chester's employees placed my order under the heat lamp to keep it warm. Thank you for treating us correctly.
This location has issues. The employees are lazy and undertrained. Second time I've had horrendous service. Basic things like making sure you get gravy with your mashed potatoes is a challenge for them. They can't even keep basic menu items ready to go. No forks and spoons were in my bag.

This truck stop restaurant is usually unstaffed during business hours. If they are open, half the time they have a limited menu or chicken they've been holding at a temperature far too long. In five visits, I've only managed to snag a chicken meal here once. Otherwise, there's nobody there. The Subway is usually open.
