I am a driver who picks up here regularly. Different employees almost weekly. I feel sorry for them. Always understaffed. Never, ever have I seen a manager or owner in the store. This says to me: bad management, underpaid employees.
The toaster and air conditioner have been broken here so long I assume it's an intentional choice. You might think that makes this a bad location but it's actually completely fine and good for cold cut sandwiches.

They were out of onions and no pretzels AGAIN. The nice gentleman behind the counter said there was shipping issues or something along that line. There were no napkins and the tables were all dirty. We ate quick but we did get free cookies for doing the survey.
