Honor the national coupon offered by KFC. When presented the coupon he said he cannot honor it due to never have ever saw one. When I never backed down he offered another coupon to me at a bit higher price because what I originally wanted this KFC did not offer. Pretty frustrated but told the guy to do what he thought was fair and left the agreed on price on the counter and stepped back to allow next customer to step up. I picked my order in a sack, sat down and looked in to find a mashed potatoes bowl. Not bad, but not worth the price I paid. Sorry Pendleton KFC, but I used the coupons in Walla Walla nearby without any problem.

The food used to be good the lat 2 times it was awful. Oe time chicken to rare in center. Recent order chicken was old, potatoes dry with no gravy, Mac and cheese old stucktogether. Won't be eating there again.
Not busy, it takes a long time to get service to the front cashier, no crispy chicken after it was ordered and made is when we were notified about it. Forgot our half gallon drink. Key is now needed for the bathrooms, but can't get service to even ask for the key.

I had a doordash order to pick up at KFC in Pendleton Oregon at around 3 pm all the workers were outside and when I walked in all the trash cans were overflowing on to the floor, tables were in dire need of cleaning and the place was just gross. After I picked up the order I sat for a couple of minutes in the parking lot and saw no effort to do anything about the disaster they call the dining room.

The macaroni bowl was not like its shown. It had very little macaroni and cheese not even the bowl was half full. Unlike in the pictures it shows its full.
