Honor the national coupon offered by KFC. When presented the coupon he said he cannot honor it due to never have ever saw one. When I never backed down he offered another coupon to me at a bit higher price because what I originally wanted this KFC did not offer. Pretty frustrated but told the guy to do what he thought was fair and left the agreed on price on the counter and stepped back to allow next customer to step up.
