“Every pass through Phoenix must include a stop at this amazing bakery! Their selection rotates by season so there is always something new to try! This time we selected an everything bagel bomb...I think that's what it's called but to me is just called breakfast they are always out at the grants Pass growers market on Saturdays, thankfully as it's a lot closer for us. The bakers and other employees are such a delight to speak with, as everyone always seems to be in the best mood...like they genuinely love their jobs!“

“Place is amazing. Service is a bit slow especially if you need a soda refill or ranch for your pizza it will be about gone by the time they bring it. Also a very long wait at most times of the day at least everytime I have been there. Full house. Very friendly service great prices for what you get top notch food. “Having been several times, it always feels busy (excessive celebrity picture decor probably contributes to that impression) and it feels a little tight between tables. The cocktails and desserts were top notch, and the wine list has a nice range of prices and style choice. The cheese and meat board was delightful. However, the pre-dinner bread was incredibly over-salted and we bread lovers couldn't finish it. But the biggest disappointment was all the pastas we tried. Lamb ragu came highly recommended but tasted of crockpot flavors. Spaghetti was bland. Carbonara not as good as others in town. Service was attentive but not very engaged (ie, making recommendations, suggesting alternatives). Seems this is one of the main places in downtown Ashland to "see and be seen," but it is not a quiet and intimate dinner out.“

“Corrine greeted us like we were family and gave us the best breakfast I have had in a long time. Everything was made in house, and my wife had the most amazing bagel breakfast sandwich and home fries, while I enjoyed a biscuit and gravy bowl with eggs and sausage. She recommended and gave us her homemade salsa which absolutely sent my meal and the home fries to the next level! She also has 20$ pre made family meals that you just have to stick in the oven for an hour which I cannot wait to try!I feel so blessed that I found such an enthusiastic and hardworking chef in my neighborhood and I cannot wait to eat there more.“

“I have enjoyed bringing guests to DANCIN in the past. The last time we went was in the morning, and the food was delicious and plentiful. This time the mushrooms and macaroni & cheese were both served lukewarm, which was disappointing. The quantity also seemed stingy.“

“Ashland staple! If you are here visiting, you must try this breakfast place at least once. Proportions are huge, so be prepared to ask for a box, be stuffed for the day, or do a half-order for $2.50 if you’re watching your figure or something. Very cute and cozy ambience. I got a muffin that was warm like it just came out of the oven. Fluffy pancakes. My suggestion is to come with a friend so you can share both savory and sweet dishes.“

The patio was peaceful with nice country views, and we enjoyed a tasting a wine flight before selecting a bottle to go with our cheese plate and flatbread. There is always a long line, and it's painful to watch as one employee is semi- competent, and the other two are completely clueless! So after a long wait in line, they expect a tip. Someone needs to train the employees here how to be more efficient.Otherwise, the bread is the best in town, truly! The baguettes are JUST LIKE THE ONES IN FRANCE! The iced coffee on nitro is perfect, the ice cream flavors are unique and original, the pastries are to die for.......Someone really knows what they are doing here!I'm truly addicted to their little baguette sandwiches. “A little escape to Brazil right here in Ashland. The little dining area was so cozy with additional outdoor bistro tables perfect for families and furry kids. We were gluttonous with our order: pistachio brownie, two types of quiche, pao de queijo roll, pao de queijo focaccia- 2 types, mocha doce de leite, and Brazilian carrot cupcake. “I love Dutch Bros, especially when it is really cold in the winter. My favorite drink is a hot white chocolate mocha. I'm so glad to see Dutch Bros expanding to other places outside of Southern Oregon. A few weeks ago I was in California close to Oakland if I remember right and I saw a Dutch Bros. I was so excited. “We went to Hither spontaneously on a roadtrip from Southern California and it ended up being the best food we ate the whole trip. The staff was super nice and the eggs and coffee were amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by the mimosas on the menu too. This place was so good we ended up going back the next day for breakfast again. This and their sister restaurant, Bar Juillet, make us want to come back up to Ashland ASAP!“

“FINALLY! I've been searching for a place to eat breakfast near Medford that is not just processed white flour and sugar. I HIGHLY recommend SWEET BEET STATION to start the day in health and vitality, not with an artificial sugar high that will leave you high and dry. I have been a vegan/vegetarian for over four decades, and I can EAT here. It is DELICIOUS. (I completely cleaned my plate and ate my husband's fruit which had ripe lovely pineapple in it! Bromeline is great for digestion.) My husband does not have such constraints in his diet. There are options for every type of diet here. They KNOW their ingrdients which are fresh and local. The service could not be any better. EVERY individual we encountered was not just polite, but genuinely KIND. It is refreshing to see young people who are sunny and think for themselves; it's a great way to start your day. My husband loves trains and was delighted with the atmosphere and down-to-earth, old-fashioned decor. We came on a very cold overcast day, but he will really enjoy eating outside at one of their many spacious tables. HURRAY, we now have a breakfast/ lunch spot to institute regular date times. I have to say a special thank you to REMY for making our experience even more rewarding with interesting conversation. He is a ray of needed sunshine in gloomy weather. “There are so many amazing coffee places in Ashland and Pony is of course a part of this list! Located right in downtown, pony is a fantastic spot to grab a coffee. Pony is definitely one of the more social coffee scenes. Every time I go, there is a plethora of people socializing no matter the time of day. If you love the busy coffee shop feel- Pony doesn't disappoint. They also have GREAT wifi! If you want to work there it has plenty of outlets and fast connection. It is also so sociable that a zoom meeting with headphones would go unnoticed. Pony is a standout to me because their coffee is top notch- specifically their seasonal drinks. Whoever the creative barista is that makes the seasonal menu knocks it out of the park! They are 1) really fun to order with cool names and 2) always something I have never thought about before. The baristas there are the sweetest and so kind! They always are chatty and asking about your day. (It's kinda an Ashland trait but at pony they are extra friendly). There is a free 4 hour parking lot right next to the location as well so you never have to worry about your car. Highly recommend this spot!!“

“Last Thursday, I needed pita bread for Christmas morning. I live in California, so I needed them right then. A very nice man helped me, I need 3, asked for 4 in case I screwed up. He sold me 5. And gave me a break. He triple wrapped them. When I opened them to use, they were still perfect, fresh, beautiful. It meant alot. My son lost his dad a couple years ago, and his dad always made him a pita breakfast on Christmas morning. So I recreated it for him and he was so happy. Nice place. It made his Christmas morning. “My absolute favorite, date night restaurant. I feel like I’m elegantly fine dinning, with out the cost of a 5 star restaurant. Our server on September 11th, 2023 was outstanding! Over the top customer service. My husband is so particular in finding a restaurant that serves high end mac n cheese and this place dose just that! I always take a bottle home from here because their sparkling roseś are just delicious. The wine menu here is not only local, but full of my favorites!! I love their whole menu honestly but I gotta say they’re something special about the homemade ranch!!“

Sadly we saw a couple walk in 20 minutes prior to close and when the gentleman pouring our drinks kindly informed the couple of this they used the restroom and left. I then overheard the woman snicker that she’d leave a 1 star review and unfortunately she did just that. I cannot emphasize enough how polite the person behind the bar was to this couple, and it astounds me that a one star review was given. “This is my go to Dutch bros location. Always stop at this one if I can regardless of where I’m going. Their morning staff are all so friendly and kind and they have fantastic memories. I have a few regular orders I bounce between and there are at least 3 staff here who know all of them from memory. Maybe that just means I come here too often LOL. But honestly the staff are part of why I keep coming back! They never get an order wrong either - in fact with me and my regular orders if I change it even just slightly they always catch it and double check to make sure they didn’t misunderstand or I didn’t forget something. Great staff and tasty drinks every time. The lines can be a little crazy if you hit them at the right time but sometimes the trade offs are worth it for me.“

“We are driving through Oregon and stayed the night in Ashland. Since we had our little fur baby we needed a spot with a patio, and thankfully the weather was nice enough that most have a patio open. We found Skout just off the main drag across from a small park, and right beside the river. Nothing beats sipping and beer and smashing a sandwich while listening to the river rushing by. Seriously amazing ambiance. The draft list is fairly large and the food list, while not huge, had some excellent options. I got the grilled cheese, but this was not your run of the mill grilled cheese. This was the Ultra Meltathon. It has candied bacon, raclette, and lingonberry sauce on it. My word. This was heavenly. The side of truffle fries were not overly truffled, and really hit the spot. When we cruise through Ashland again we'll be back!“

I was in a car full of people and we all bought drinks, so we waited a bit, but, the hot drinks were hot, the cold drinks were cold and everyone was happy.
