My husband is obsessed with their Grinder! Packed full of flavor and the bread is perfect. I had their chicken Caesar salad, and it was good (not great), but would have preferred sliced chicken breast to the wet shredded. We will definitely be coming back next trip to Ashland. The service is top notch and their patio heaters and fire pits are the perfect touch.
We are camping in Ashland for a few days and decided to come here for food and beers. This place has a really great, chill local vibe. Nice laid back design and ambiance. Nachos were great and the Michelada homemade mix is awesome!

Gil's is on regular rotation in our house. We dine in sometimes but more often get it to go.The service is always quick, the order is always right and it's an affordable option. The nachos are our favorite in town and we love the pretzel with cheese. The Brisket Bahn Mi is a definite must try and so are the wings.
