“Fighting fires and couldnt take the camp food after 28 days on fire.They were understandable and made sure my food was prepared properly and looking like the photographs.Service was great, management was very nice, and though they didn’t give me a discount, (probably cause I don’t ask), they made me feel good about myself.Freshest fries hit the spot and the food was delicious.Place was a little bit disorganized but I would t say dirty.Over all a good time. And the sweetest staff.“

“HOLY COW!!!This place is absolutely incredible. We stopped by on our way to Portland, and we were NOT disappointed!!! The burgers are wonderfully seasoned and cooked to perfection. The sauces are incredible. The atmosphere was great, very friendly staff. I wish we had one in Klamath Falls!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!! You won’t regret coming here I promise you.“

“Thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The Western Bacon Cheeseburger was absolutely fantastic. If you've got a big appetite, they have the sizes for you. The 1/2lb Jumbo patty was almost too much for me and they have one size bigger than that! As I'm talking about it, I'm sitting here, mouth-watering, getting ready to order as soon as they open at 11 am. The atmosphere is decent. If you're a foodie, then you'll recognize they spend more time making good food than they do worrying about decorations. “My boyfriend and I are big foodies plus new to town so we’ve been going to new places. I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup special and he got the pedal burger. The dipper fries were yummy with a side of garlic aioli for dipping. The burger patty was clearly a frozen patty. I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup. Which i knew was campbells. Just kinda disappointing. We finished our meals, tipped well and left. If this plate upped the standards of quality ingredients a notch, it would be awesome.“

“Always consistent good food! On December 20th at noon I forgot my purse on the back of a chair. I didn't realize it until 6pm so naturally I ran back in a panic! Thinking there is no way anyone turned it in and I've ruined Christmas almost in tears I walk in, to my happy surprise a very nice girl working there saw that I had left it on accident and she put it in the safe for me. The miso mayo paired with it was delish.The rolls were fluffy and yummy, but nothing really special. The truffle butter/honey it was served with, however, was incredible.Duck fat potatoes were solid and riiiiiich. The baked Brie came with hazelnut filled spicy truffle honey. Holy bazinga!The steak was perfectly cooked. Zero gray band, just wall-to-wall medium rare. Put a little truffle butter on top and you're eating food of the gods. Though franchise restaurants have the same foods & ingredients, only the ones with employees who have a good work ethic & make the customer's satisfaction their primary goal can consistently put out good food. “I ordered the biscuits and gravy, huevos rancheros, and cowboy scramble, not expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding quality of the food. The eggs, in particular, were cooked to perfection—something I've rarely encountered.I wanted to extend my compliments to Ethan, the chef who, in my opinion, elevated the entire dining experience. His culinary skills truly stood out, and I'm looking forward to returning whenever I'm in the area, hoping he's there to create another delightful meal.“

“Great mom and pop burger place. No gimmick just straight up solid, fresh burgers. Some great combinations and the shakes are good to.Service here was friendly and fast. The cooks got it all together and didn't miss a beer on my stack of ads to my burger. Burger quality (for meet) was very solid and not a big grease mess.....just a juicy mess of yummy.Wish I would have snapped pictures but, allas....I forgot.Parking: Parking is in back and easily accessible. Front door is all the way in the front though.“

“We've been enjoying Little Big Burger in Eugene for years. We almost always grab a meal before home basketball games...and tonight was no exception. We just started using the LBB app to order, and I was expecting a learning curve and/or some non-functionality with the app. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the app is intuitive, well laid out, and it works flawlessly!“

Sitting at the bar is a great place to eat if you're dining alone, and since the bartender is your server they are always readily available to care for your needs.“

As soon as I entered I got warm greeting from the quite beautiful bartender her name was Samantha she is sassy and fun she definitely gave me quite the experience. Next I was hungry the cook is a young man his name was Jaden I believe but if he wasn't sure about something to do with my order he came out and asked me to make sure my order was perfect and job exceptionally done young man. The patrons were friendly easy to vibe with all and all it was quite the slice of heaven as far as bars go clean bathrooms if you read this and visit your welcome in advance ? tip your bartender ?“

“I didn’t get her name, but she was running the drive thru around 8am. I thought I had enough cash and ended up short. She told me she’d help me out and thought that was super nice of her. Most people you see shrug it off or look at you blankly, but being in customer service myself, helping a customer every now and then is respectable so thank you.“

“What can be said about Dairy Queen that hasn't already been said? I've been impressed with the sandwiches DQ has promoted. I went with the Alaskan Whitefish on a craving. I can be judgy but this sandwich definitely satisfies. Hot, crispy and tender inside and generously sticking outside the bun. Ask for extra tartar - yum! On top of that, the service was great“
