“Fighting fires and couldnt take the camp food after 28 days on fire.They were understandable and made sure my food was prepared properly and looking like the photographs.Service was great, management was very nice, and though they didn’t give me a discount, (probably cause I don’t ask), they made me feel good about myself.Freshest fries hit the spot and the food was delicious.Place was a little bit disorganized but I would t say dirty.Over all a good time. And the sweetest staff.“

“I have been going to Prince Puckler's for literal decades. This visit we came here after dinner across the street at Agate Alley. It has the feel of being your *local* ice cream store (and if I lived in Eugene it would definitely be mine!) There is almost always a line out the door and I'm not sure they have grown the space since the beginning (although they certainly could if they wanted to). I had one of their coffee varieties (of which they had a few) and had the Friday special which in this case meant ice cream, banana, hot fudge and nuts for $5. My companions were big fans of the peppermint, which also looked delicious, but I wasn't sure how mint and banana would go. Everyone left happy. Didn't take more pictures because we were too busy eating out ice cream!“

“Such secret treasure. Their homemade tortillas melt in your mouth and the tortas are out of this world. They come with plenty of meat but I always order them with double meat. Right behind and to the south in the parking lot of Bi Mart in Springfield.“

“Mr. Ice cream is a great ice cream spot on main Street in Springfield . The atmosphere is welcoming but small, but on nice days, you can sit outside at the picnic tables and enjoy a nice treat in the warm sun. The staff is always so friendly and all in all, it brings me back to my local ice cream shop that I went to as a kid.“

“I went to our Eugene store to see & taste their products as I am a Baker. My products are baked from scratch & I use all real & natural fresh ingredients. The store is extremely clean & their service I rate 5 starsThe cookies however are huge and over the top way to sweet in my opinion . I have since heard that most people love the looks of their cookies- myself I agree with them. Customers feel like they are getting their $$ worth. But most customers are only able to eat 1/4 - 1/2 of the cookies due to all the sugar in them.Any customer that has diabetes- beware!!! These could put them in coma from all the sugar.“

“Normally we love menchies but the past 5x we have been in the floors have been soooo sticky, covered in food, and extremely dirty. All the popular frozen yogurt’s have also been out or broken. Tonight it was packed, the floors were so so bad, there were only 4 yogurts working, so my husband and I passed and only got my son one, we waited in line so long our yogurt was liquid. There were also teen girls who kept getting in and out of line to fill their bowls, eat the toppings and then go back to get more eat it while waiting to check out and then go back for more, They did this about 3-4 times while in line. Then even though the girl working the register was so sweet, and just trying to give excellent customer service, she was having full conversations with each guest making check out even longer. We get it can be busy and the floors might get over looked, and yogurt might run out, but it’s been consistently like this for awhile. Such a bummer.“

“On this visit, I ordered the 4 piece chicken strip basket with ? fries, complete with grilled toast. The food was great & I was very pleased. Though franchise restaurants have the same foods & ingredients, only the ones with employees who have a good work ethic & make the customer's satisfaction their primary goal can consistently put out good food. I absolutely can recommend the Creswell Dairy Queen.“

“What can be said about Dairy Queen that hasn't already been said? I've been impressed with the sandwiches DQ has promoted. I went with the Alaskan Whitefish on a craving. I can be judgy but this sandwich definitely satisfies. Hot, crispy and tender inside and generously sticking outside the bun. Ask for extra tartar - yum! On top of that, the service was great“
