If you like thin crust and wood fired pizza you'll love this place. This was one of the first vegan pizza places I tried a couple years ago and still crave it regularly. One person could eat a whole pie easy so don't plan on sharing. Also love the newer location in the Rose City Food park, way more seating and a beer garden there as well!

Incredible food and staff! The specials are creative and delicious. The pizzas aren’t greasy and are perfectly crispy. Highly recommend for lunch too!

Update: 2 stars to 1. I tried again with another friend but this time the center was mushy. Wasted money, sadly. Lesson learned. I'm sad we got the bad pizza maker both times. As a vegan, I was hoping this place would awesome. I love pizza and I love supporting local businesses. Since I didn't even get an apology about our last disaster pizza, I'm going to put a close on this chapter. Advice: make sure employees know how to actually make pizza.We ordered two pizzas for dinner there. One was super burnt and the burnt taste took over the flavor. The other was slightly burnt but not as bad. The crust was a bit uneven too. I ended up only having one piece of mine, sadly. I tried getting past the burnt taste but couldn't. If it would have only been the crust, I could have just ditched the crust and eaten the rest of it. The toppings were unique and things I really like. I was super excited to try it. We will probably try it again at some point and give them a second chance. Hopefully, I can update the review and say it was just an "off" evening.

Gasp! I can't believe I haven't reviewed Baby Blue! I'll be honest - I'm incredibly picky about vegan cheese. This place? It doesn't disappoint. The amount of sauce on the pizza is very, very generous. The cheese is so so so nice and resembles real cheese and is gooey. It looks like an actual real pizza. Don't get me started on the pepperoni pizza. As someone that has been veg for over 8 years, I am in divine heaven when I indulge in their pepperoni pizza. During the weekdays, I cook my meals. On the weekend, it is all about indulging and this Baby Blue is one of my places of choice for that. Thanks!

Some of the best vegan pizza I have ever had! I typically prefer to just get lots of veggies on marinara and crust, leave off the cheese since I really don’t care for most mass produced faux cheese. But this is different and it is seriously good. I have been a longtime vegetarian, but never thought I would be able to fully quit the cheese habit. I have tried many vegan pizzas over the years, but would always return to getting dairy cheese pizza. I have only recently fully given up dairy and this place is making me feel like I can really do this. My husband, who has always eaten a typical meat and dairy heavy American diet until about a month ago, said the sausage and peppers pizza was one of the best pizzas he has had, vegan or not! Bravo Baby Blue - we will be back!

For the amount of ingredients, no cheese and actual pizza I would say this is an overpriced option with mediocre taste. I wouldn't recommend as an overall experience. They did get it beautifully thin with okay sauce to bread ration, nice and crispy. Taste wise was an average 6/10 and all aspects would be 4/10. Wouldn't get again.

I was so excited to try this vegan pizza, esp after reading all of the great reviews of the cheese, but I really couldn't stomach the cheese. The service was great, crust was phenomenal, I LOVED the pepperoni, but I thought the vegan cheese was too slimy :(

This was absolutely delicious. Instead of dollaps of cheese on top of marinara the cheese base was on the bottom with puddles of a very very yummy marinara. The crust was out of this world in flavor and texture. Would absolutely recommend this vegan pizza.
