Disappointed on this visit. It was a sunny Easter Sunday. I waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes. Ordered a 3 piece halibut fish and chips, and a small chocolate hazelnut shake. Bill was $19.88 Food was hot, halibut was breaded and deep fried, nothing special. The milkshake tipped sideways before I received it, so it was messy.I like Burgerville. Food is way too expensive and the quality is no better than McDonald's. The staff was really rude to me on all 4 occasions I have been here in St. Johns on foot. I'm not impressed. I don't blame the people who have to work there but wonder why Burgerville itself finds themselves exceptional over other fast food. Why pay McDonald's prices for fake meat on a sponge-bun when you can pay the same amount and enjoy a meal at this Pacific Northwest treasure? Sure, they don't have Smurf toys in Happy Meal boxes for your kids to lose during the car ride home, but their food is edible (actually it's great) and they somehow manage to find friendly staff for every location. St Johns is a favorite.
