I've been dreaming about their Lobster Roll since I had one. The warm butteriness of the brioche toast, the cold creaminess of the fresh lobster -- I'm salivating now as I write this! Needless to say, if you go to Cache Cache, the Lobster Roll is an absolute must! We also got the half dozen oysters, the chicory salad with perfectly poached egg, and the crudo which consisted of scallops, hamachi, hibiscus, citrus, caper, and shallots. So nice to have fabulous seafood in a sweet low-key environment...it shouldn't be so hard to find this combo in a place like Pdx, but it is. Lots of grumbling in the reviews about the qr code ordering, but it's just not a big deal. I'm a crusty old boomer and somehow managed to negotiate the system. Holy cow this was good. Very fresh so very fresh fish. The ambience was surprisingly good considering the high ceilings, they did a great job with that. The orange wine was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. The service was great and professional. I would absolutely recommend this place for a date night. The only odd thing was the booth seatswere kind of short depth so you felt like you needed a foot rest or something but otherwise everything else was incredible.
