Light and fluffy 10/10 waffles! Tried a few different ones and all were great. There was something to take in every bite. What I will say is that we waited 25+ mins for these 5 waffles, but there were only a couple more people there. I couldn’t imagine what the wait would be like on a busy day.It was worth it though! I could’ve easily finished two of these myself and would have ordered more if it weren’t for the long wait.

I had madeleine with fresh cream, nuts, and banana added. The waffles were crispy and delicious.It's a small space with only 4 food carts, and there aren't many seats, so it's best to visit during off-peak hours.
