Made an online order on 3-31-24. They took the order, but no one was at the location. No signs were posted, no indication that the hours were changed. I drove back home to cancel the order through the app, but the app said the order was completed. Now it's been a nightmare trying to get a refund. Still haven't been able to contact anyone, as the phone is never answered. Really disappointed.

I love Jack in the Box and we don’t get it in Canada. This location delivered an Ace and the staff were super nice and even gave me a Jack in the box Hat to take back to Canada!

I went to pick up an order for a customer, I was making deliveries for door dash, the person who attended me was very rude, I went into the Drive thru and told him that I had the order number and the person answered that she did not use order numbers. only names of the person who ordered, door dash uses order numbers to pick up, well I think I would never go to eat in a place with such bad energy, I wouldn't want to contaminate myself.

I am truly sick and tired of going to this Jack-in-the-Box and getting the wrong order for like the umpteenth time. So today I ordered a southwest salad and they threw a bunch of carrots at lettuce and stuck it in a bag and handed it to me and it’s supposed to have beans corn cheese But none of thatMost of the time the tacos are coldMost things aren’t made right it’s just super frustrating because I like going to Jack-in-the-Box and now I’m not gonna be able to go because I can’t consistently get decent food from the place. I’m closest to.

Super frustrated by our experience as we ordered a meal and two sandwiches and paid for the meal in the drive thru to then be told to wait in the “parking lot” which was strange as we were the only people ordering.Well we waited in said parking lot for 15 minutes and nobody came and no other customers ever came during this timeframe. We went back to the drive thru to ask about our food and they had no clue who we were.They asked what we wanted to order and when we said that we already place our order, they asked if we were a mobile pick up and we proceeded to let them know our order and then they gave us the wrong food, incomplete bag, to which I just asked to return everything.I’ll wait to see if I get my money back, honestly, pretty sure everyone was high. Highly disappointed.

Food is usually okay, not really any better or worse than any other Jack in the Box, but if you're gonna randomly be closed for no damn reason at 930pm on a Sunday you need to at least turn off your Drive Thru Open sign.

Terrible for a fast food restaurant. Drive through was closed, gave me the incorrect burger, french fries and burger were cold. I was the only one there and the service was slow. Choose another fast food spot.

Do not come here as this location is consistently closed even though it says open online and outside the restaurant. If the location is still understaffed after all these years then it should not be open to the public with its advertised hours.
