This is not my cup of tea / coffee breakfast spot. While nothing is wrong. The flavors are slightly off. The service and atmosphere are on point. I appreciate all the vegan and vegetarian options. Thank you for that.Vegetarian options: Lots of options and the grits are great.

Everyone is super friendly. Maddie cake was really really really good! Vegetarian sausage patties were cooked really well and they were delicious broken up in my cheesy grits.Didn't care for the homemade biscuit as it was quite dry and crunchy. The coffee wasn't for me either, it was quite bitter and harsh to drink, but that's my opinion.

The seasonal Cardamom pistachio latte is the best. The service is prompt and my server was very pleasent. Theirs a line around the corner at 8am on the weekends and they have gluten free pancakes!

Visited here on a Monday. I absolutely love this place. It’s not the first time to this place but it has not changed in the last 5 years. The food and the service both are really good. Would definitely recommend.

I had the pleasure of dining here for the first time last week. The service was fantastic and the food was wonderful! Super eclectic menu selections and from what I could observe, many happy customers as well. Pancakes, for sure, but the grits were simply not what I expected on this side of the rive. Bravo to Kitchen Staff!
Amazing meal totally worth the wait. Vegan options sweet and savory. Mimosas, coffee, and a variety of juices. Chairs to sit in while you wait and grand central bakery across the street :)

Kye was quick, attentive, and kind. Explained menu options with clarity and detail. Food was fast hot and delicious. Coffee probably needs cream as it is a little bitter. Atmosphere and and vibes were relaxed and artistic. Will definitely be back!

It’s my firm opinion- that if you’re going to accepting online delivery orders in Portland- you should have an either or option when it comes to the outdoor patios built on the street taking away parking. You can either steal the public street space for your private business eliminating the parking you know couriers need- or- you can have delivery services…… not both….. the greed is real.Jam has one of the LARGEST patios ive seen and they just updated it, and still could not be bothered to at least shorten it a little bit for one delivery car for 5 min pickup parking.Furthermore, for businesses like this that make couriers wait outside for pickup orders like the riff raff nobody wants to see- at least have someone stationed at the window at all times when you’re accepting delivery- so couriers are not waiting out in portland highly variable weather systems waiting for the order they are still making a fraction of minimum wage to deliver. ??♂️

Bennie hashbrowns and the pork belly sandwich were very good. There's a bit of a line, and is a little loud but I would go back.
