Terrible service. Ordered food from app, got to the cart only to be told they were both out of items and busy, then they quickly put up a closed sign. You can always count on dreadful service and poor organization from this bunch. With any luck they'll be out of business soon.

Got a kimchi quesadilla with tofu and honestly didn’t know what to expect. It was a unique flavor combo that worked surprisingly well. The acid and funk from the kimchi works really well in the quesadillas and the tofu was dry enough that it didn’t make the whole dish soggy which was a concern I had. Overall a very tasty hearty meal with a yummy and unique flavor combination.

The food and location was great! I had a pick up order and ordering and picking up was so easy! The worker running the stall was also super super nice!!!! I got the bulgogi burrito and Sodduk-Sodduk. The burrito was pretty big and had a lot of bulgogi and veggies! The Sodduk-Sodduk was my favorite. The sauces and chewiness of the rice cake is SOO GOOD. Definitely give this place a try!

Chicken, cheese kimchi ⭐⭐⭐✨- not too spicy even at hot- didn't absolutely blow my mind, it's exactly like how you'd expectBulgogi burrito ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐- hard to describe bc I've never had a refreshing burrito before- loved that it wasn't overly heavy- the beansprouts made it taste brighter than usual- it was a little sweet bc of the sauce- wish there was a little more spice but I loved it!

I'm giving this cart 5 stars based on the food. I had the koi fusion large size burrito for $12.50. I probably shouldn't of eaten the whole thing, but I did. It was deliciously seasoned pork, nice Asian veggies and wonderfully flavorful rice. I might try the smaller size for $8 next time. I would say the fellow running the cart could be a little friendlier, but he seemed a little down, so I didn't want to ding him for that in the review. We've all been there.

Food was great. Ambiance at the Mississippi location is awesome. The guy taking orders is less awesome. He seemed annoyed with people who were ordering from him. Just short and impatient with people in general. Won't be going back.

When it’s cold and fish cake soup is offered… GET IT!!! It is probably the best $2.50 you’ll ever spend. Hot, yummy, and a large portion. Served in a large cup with a skewer of various fish cakes. Just can’t be beat.I also appreciate a small portion of the rice bowl is available so I can order multiple things without it being too much. Love love love everything here ??

We had Beef Bulgogi Tacos and it was amazing. The Korean Seasoned Rice, Slaw, Pico De Gallo, Bean Sprouts, Cucumbers, Cilantro, and your choice of Salsa in a Soft Corn Tortilla are a marriage made in Heaven. Creative combinations are what make Koi Fusion an exciting place to eat.

I love this place sooo much, but their hours are really hit or miss. They always seem to be closed.

I used to come here for the bulgolgi sliders, but they don't have them anymore. Instead they now have the BEST fries in town...the bulgolgi fries! This dish is amazing and I'm surprised I've never had this before. I used to live in LA ktown and I've never had this. If you like carne asada fries ...this is better. It looks like a mess. But with all the weird sauces and ingredients mixed together (yes...it's hot Cheetos in there)...it's a flavor bomb! Also, great decision on the thin fries. They're very McDonald's like...which I love. If you don't like spicy, I'd definitely recommend getting the spicy sauce on the side. It'll rip a whole in your mouth. Hey guys. Bring back the sliders. The bulgolgi sliders with a side of these loaded fries is a killer combo!

Had the bulgogi burrito from the cart and the brink and mortar. Tasty both times! I like to add sour cream.

The food here is great... But they don't keep reliable hours, they run out of things constantly, and the management is wildly uneven. This is actually one of my favorite food carts in Portland, but their inability to operate on any kind of predictable basis really ruins it for me. If they were reliable, I'd eat here several times a week, easy. I do want this cart to succeed, and I know they have had challenges (multiple break-ins and no response from PPB), but if the location is not viable, just close it.

I normally have had good experiences here, but the customer service was something not to be desired. Ignored me standing there for a few minutes while they played on their phone at the back door. Didn't have water to sell and didn't apologize or offer anything else. I felt like I inconvenienced this employee. Tacos were meh and not consistent. Bummer experience .

They had the wrong prices on the board. My order said $9 and when I actually ordered it, it was $12 and I was told that the prices on the board were wrong. But the real reason for this 1 star review is that this business refuses to accept cash. I understand that was a thing at the beginning of the pandemic, but businesses continue to do it not for safety but for personal convenience. It's incredibly classist and also illegal. I encourage everyone to boycott businesses that continue the practice of not accepting cash.

As several reviews have already mentioned, the prices are dishonest. The board shows $9 for a burrito. $10 if you get beef, which was almost required since two other protein choices were unavailable. The total came to $12.50 instead of $10. The minimum tip is set to 20% so you’re looking at $15 out the door for just the burrito. The food was decent, a little bland.
