White Elephant is part of a really nice food cart pod on Mississippi. The location itself is really nice and definitely always pretty busy with a good energy. Got the pho rench dip with steak. This dish is totally worth it. The sandwich is overflowing with fresh and delicious veg and meat. The sandwich by itself is fantastic great use of green onion , cilantro, sprouts sauce . The steak was perfectly cooked and went great with the sandwich.
