There are very few old school PDX breweries that have survived since the Portland IPA was born. Lucky Lab is an original, and has the same feel that it had when it revolutionized world beer culture. The prices are still low, the beer is still original, and a pint is still an actual pint.
I visited Lucky Labrador Beer Hall with a bunch of runners a few months ago. There was plenty of room for us in the second room of the restaurant. It was easy to place our orders at the bar in that room. The ambiance was interesting. There was tools as part of the decor. I got lemonade and a meatball sub with caesar salad. I liked my sub.
