I recommend the remix wings and tenders. They’re cooked perfectly and drenched in a sweet and savory sauce that reminds me of the fried chicken we make back in Hawai’i. I think Mando himself was hustling alone in the truck today. Shoutout to you for working so hard and hooking it up today! My bf and I enjoyed the food - it was worth the wait. Thank you Mando’s!

While the spot seems sketchy, it absolutely is not. I have heard rave reviews of Mando's wings for a minute now, and I finally decided to give their cart a shot. The food was very, very tasty. Their burgers are of the smash variety, and the crispy edge bits really pop when it comes to flavor. When they describe their toppings, they're not lying, either - thick cut, peppered bacon just like you would get at a butchers; big juicy sections of grilled white onion with just a hint of char on them; delicious house sauces/aiolis. The fries are nicely crisped, but not overdone, although they are a tad on the saltier side. I can see why this cart has generated some serious local buzz, give it a shot for yourself!

They need to do better with their timeless. My daughter and I ordered at the same time. It took them an extra 10 minutes to get her order out. Her wings and onion rings were sitting in the frying baskets over the grease when my order was complete 20 minutes later. They hadn't even been dropped. My daughter and I couldn't finish the wings, they were a bit too salty.

I have found this gem 3 years ago, and I have been going here AT LEAST twice a month. They have hands down THE BEST wings and burgers. You will droooooool just by the smeelll of them. Don't get me started on the taste, you will literally try to eat the bone with the wings, that's how good it is!!!!!! The secret sauce isn't spicy or over salty, it's a nice mix of some kind of Asian mix and green onions. Burgers are ALWAYS BUSSSIIIIIIINNNNN, literally ANY burger you get. This place is just TO.DIE.FOR. The guys that work here are the best people ever, always nice and always answering any questions you have. Be aware tho, their place is bomb as heck, and they run out of alot of things by evening, sometimes by 4pm. Their consistency of making all of the food really good each and every time is beyond me! I don't have any pics because I already ate all of it . Go check them out
My friend Kris recommended Mandos to me so I decided to stop and buy the family dinner. The remix wings were the best wings that I've ever had, The doggy style fries were delicious and the Alameda burger was absolutely incredible.

I really like the wings here, they are great, but unfortunately the kitchen is always seemingly filthy, which is gross, and I was watching the guy who was working there and he never washed his hands. He was touching food, surface areas in the truck, and never once washed his hands. I got pretty grossed out and have not been back since, which again is a shame because i really like the wings.

I would definitely go back and i would recommend them . I had the 503 burger and the chicken wings . The Burger was great the chicken wings were also good got a unique taste to it and was crispy just the way I liked it . The fries could of been a little bit more crisper. But overall everything was great.
