I've never stayed at the hotel, so I'm judging solely based upon the saloon.The food was decent.The service was fair.The Atmosphere is astounding.!The history and authenticity behind this place is astonishing! I've seen it on TV. Stuff you read in books! ?
Before the Trail Blazers game we stopped at white eagles. We ordered Light beers and potatoes tots it’s a yummy and delicious. I like pictures, decorations and statues. Very unique and historical. But when you’re in there no one said welcome or hi at all. You came to bar area yourself and ordered foods or drafts. And you sit in a seat. They bring it to you. Very no frills room besides the fun decor. Bartender/front desk guy was extremely cool. Seems like a great place for a traveler to get some social time in downstairs, maybe even see a show, before bedtime upstairs. I unfortunately had a migraine as well as a 6am flight so went around the corner to the Fire Fish poke truck (?) and then to sleep.I picked this place for it's easy free parking and proximity to the airport.
