The woman on the phone was insanely sweet and instantly made me want to come back. Plus the food is awesome and is pretty fresh. Some of the food can be pretty overpriced but if you only get classic rolls it can be affordable.
I give 5 stars for the great customer service. The ramen is a serious PASS though. It was lacking serious flavor. I had to add pork soup base to my order at home, sad to say the proteins inside where not for me either. I probably wouldn’t even pay ten dollars for this ramen.

Very good food but every time I get a Philadelphia roll they do not put any cream cheese in it, not a little, just none. This has been an issue over the years, consistently every time I order they don't get it right, both take out and dine in.
