Got the chicken bahn mi & burger. My partner liked his chicken sandwich, but the burger was too undercooked for my liking. It also needed a little bit of salt. It was cold inside unfortunately. I get it, people with good beef want to show it off, and I’m totally fine with a medium / between medium rare and medium burger, but the cold beef burger wasn’t for me.I told them and they said “that’s how we do it”. This is the best Meatball sandwhich I have ever had. It's not meat BALLS it's thinly sliced meatballs. It solves one of this earth's largest problems of having to work and bite through a ball in your sandwhich.

Such a delicious, well proportioned, and complete sandwich. My second time coming back and every menu item I’ve tried so far has been great.Interior is clean and cozy.Hours are a bit funky otherwise I’d probably frequent much more often. It’s important to remember this is a butcher shop first and foremost - we’re just lucky enough that they happen to serve great sandwiches on the side.
