I loved the calamari here. It was amazing. I asked for a rare NY steak, and it was medium at best, but the flavor was still good. I would go again just for the calamari and the view.

My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary and we were extremely disappointed. The views were great, however our food was absolutely terrible. We ordered the steak was very underdone and the salmon flavorless and lacking for how much each entree was. The tables are very close together and doesn’t offer an enjoyable experience being on top of other guests. Overall, extremely disappointed for the price point and sad to have spent our anniversary here. We likely won’t ever be back.
Portland City Grill exceeded my expectations! I started my meal with the grilled and chilled shrimp, which was incredibly fresh and perfectly seasoned. The star of the evening was the center cut filet mignon—tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. I paired it with an Old Fashioned, which was expertly crafted, and a spicy prickly pear cocktail that added a delightful kick.The ambiance was elegant, with stunning city views, and the service was top-notch. Whether you're out for a special occasion or just a great meal, Portland City Grill is a must-visit. I will definitely be coming back!

She is the example of what true customer service is and deserves a raise. ?EDIT - Troy, Ty, Kirianna, Izzy, Felicia, and just the whole team was incredible again a year later! I came back for my 7 year sobriety anniversary and it didn’t disappoint. ☺️ ?

Only go there for the view do not count on food quality, specially steaks. They run their kitchen as if it's a Denny's, I ordered medium rare, and they brought me well-done steaks twice. I gave up on getting my steak the way I wanted. Also, it wasn't only me, 3 other tables around us also returned their steaks.
The food is so terrible it’s almost a joke. 2 dishes were almost inedibly bad. The service is passable.
