Best services! I ordered a caramel latte at the store by Gate C17. Found it to be a bit too sweet (what was I expecting from caramel tho?) so the guy immediately got me a new one for free, apologized, and even refunded me the original charge.
Upon ordering I was making small talk with employee Jim in regards of my missed flight and other coffee experience in a different vicinity, Jim was so kind to offer to remake my coffee with providing excellent customer service, I was so pleasantly surprised with the service. Thank you so much gym for the great coffee!!!

I think this is the best coffee shop in PDX! I got sugar free vanilla latte because I have type 1 diabetes! Blended with the almond milk it just tastes wonderful!It’s right outside the TSA before you head to gates D or E! It’s also right next to the exit for baggage, so you can grab a cup before you head to baggage! They are fast as well, getting a cup before you go get your bag is a breeze!
