As of April 15th, they have closed their doors. Spectacular little place - food and service were both excellent. Alas, the owners are on to greener pastures.

This place continues to blow our minds!!! We went here a month ago when we had visitors; everything we ate and drank was unreal. On our second trip, we tried a couple things we didn't have on our first visit. So going back!! Just an amazing bistro with fab food and drinks!

2022 Portland. Brunch. 4 - Smoke Bluefish Pate 4 - Smoked Fish Hash (rockfish, yukon gold potatoes, herbs, poached egg) 4 - Smoked Pork Shoulder (cotija grits, chile puree, fried hominy) Overall, "I'm a fan."

Could not have asked for a better brunch experience in the PNW. Girlfriend and I tried this place on a whim because we were able to score a reservation the night before (highly recommended). We started with the cinnamon and sugar fry bread appetizer with a crème fraiche/cream cheese dip. Fried to perfection and not overly sweet. I had the house smoked fish hash which was by far the best I've ever had. Not your run of the mill smoked salmon hash. They house smoke their own rockfish which is served with tasty breakfast potato's and a poached egg. My girlfriend had some of the cotija grits which were awesome and a crispy latke. Overall an amazing experience and it's so great to see a restaurant in this area paying homage to the local ingredients/dishes that have been treasured by Native American tribes for centuries. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone local and visiting alike.

Good food. Chefs are in sync and fun to watch work together. 10/10 for food. ..... please update your menus if your prices increased for both the food and the drinks; being shown a receipt with different prices was a surprise, but even more odd to hear the waitress comment that the old menus were mixed in with the new ones and didn't even offer to change the price to what was shown on the menu. I still would have paid the new prices, but even though it was only a few dollars, not being offered for the option to kind of stunk. Make sure to check your receipts.

We only ordered one item to share because we weren't too hungry. The beef tartare was okay, I wished they had more selections to choose from!

Was craving brunch and noticed this restaurant on Yelp so I decided to go. I arrived a little after opening and restaurant is already full. Took a while to have someone come out and check me in, but noticed they were busy inside, so it was okay. Was told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait for a single table but took about 40 minutes. Had time to grab some coffee down the block. When my table was finally ready, the hostess pointed at the table instead of walking me to it. Which I guess was fine. Wasn't really greeted either when the waitress came and my drink was taken. Took another while to come back to place my food order. While I waited it was pretty nice to watch the kitchen work, as it was an open concept kitchen. I did enjoy that very much. My drink came out between 5 and 10 minutes later, but it was amazingly crafted. I ordered the Pineapple Ginger Soda It wasn't too sweet and had a nice kick of ginger. The appetizer came second, I ordered the Scottish Egg. First time having one and it didn't disappoint!! It was meaty, creamy still runny yolk, and the Frisee Lettuce was a great pallet cleanser. Wish it had a little more of the aioli though. My main course was the Radar Standard Brunch. I was able to choose 3 items. I chose the Brisket, 2 Eggs over easy, and the Potatoe Latke. I had so many perfect bites!! It was delicious!! The brisket was very savory, nicely braised and caramelized perfectly. So perfectly tender too!! The eggs was nice and runny, made a great sauce for the brisket. The Potatoe Latke was very crispy. It was topped with an apple compote and cream, which I believe was creme fresh. Loved the sweet and creamy contrast that it gave the Latke. It also contributed to the dish as a whole. Great meal!! I really wish that the service was better though. I really wanted to give a five star review. The whole time, no one checked in on me. When dropping off my food, they said nothing. When giving the check, they just quickly set it on the table and walked away. No "Thank you for dining with us" or "I hope you enjoyed the food" I felt I was a little ignored the whole time. So that's why only 3 stars, service is a large part of the experience. Hopefully it gets better, wish I felt more welcomed.

4.5 Stars. So I'm 2022 I'm going to reserve my 5 stars but this place was close and I'd highly recommend there brunch as the French toast looks hot but did i order that.....no. (Shakes head) we did grab those delicious cinnamon n sugar fry bread (basically donut /beignet-esque) and that dippin sauce is a must even though I'm vegan. Mini Mary drinks were strong! (I want one now) I had the roasted Veggie hash with egg and we split the brisket n corn meal pancake sooooooo f-ing dreamy. Did I say Vegan!?? I mean Vegan starts next year! Ha. You guys, if you haven't had cornmeal pancakes then you have to try them. And if you don't like them, we can't be friends. It's simple. Byyyyeeeee

I had only been here one time before for brunch pre-covid and finally made it back. I loved it then and loved it again today. I had the smoked pork with grits, and it was very yummy and the perfect size (not overkill/oversized portions). The menu isn't overloaded with options, which I like as they still have a lot of great things to choose from. My friends had the frittata of the day and the mushroom and squash hash and everyone was very happy. Staff were lovely! Definitely want to come back for dinner soon.

New on my FAVORITE brunch list! Epic menu, lovely and efficient service and deeeelish beverages. Love the Northernmost European inspiration fused with fresh NW ingredients. Extra bonus is option to choose your own side. Definitely try the cotija chive grits.

Quick, convenient and perfectly located I love this spot for a delicious brunch bite. Their cocktails are affordable but strong and food is to die for. I loved the brisket and corn cakes the most

We were visiting from out of town and walked down Mississippi ave around 10am to find a place to eat for a Saturday brunch. In the future I'd definitely try to get a reservation because it was a 1.5 hour wait for a table outside (45 minutes for a table inside). Worth the wait! The hostess, who also was our server, was SO nice and attentive. The menu is interesting and diverse, so there are typically and atypical brunch items. I tried the smoked fish hash, which featured rockfish - something new to me! The potatoes were delicious and the poached eggs were cooked perfectly. The fish wasn't too fishy! Also tried the cinnamon and sugar fry bread. YUM. I could eat a gallon of the maple cream cheese sauce.

The food was amazing! We went on a Sunday at like 10:45 so there was a bit of a wait, but it was delicious. Definitely get the fry bread, it was SO GOOD.
