Had one of your products for the first time, the gluten-free vegan lime coconut cheesecake, oh my gosh what a treat! Had it for breakfast lol. The ingredients and the protein were impressive and your write up on the side of the carton made me happy. I ordered a gender reveal cheese cake for my twin pregnancy, they were able to accommodate the as little sugar as possible since the father has diabetes and I have gestational diabetes. It was done perfectly in my opinion and takes like coconut and hazelnut to me, but they have other flavor options, I just told them to surprise me. I first tried Rawdacious cheesecake at VegFest in Puyallup and loved it. I was driving through Portland and had to stop to try more flavors than are offered at PCC ($9 each). I got the pumpkin and earl grey, and both were delicious. It doesn’t weigh you down after you eat it and actually feels nutritious, while still being decadent.$6/slice, which is definitely worth it.
