What's a reasonable amount of time to wait for 1 roll? 5 mins? That'd be great. 15? Sure... kinda long. But 20+? That's a big yikes. I don't know what happened but cmon. The price is decent, the food is okay, I wish there was a lot more going on with my deep fried roll because the amt of rice really outdid the little spicy salmon and tempura going on inside. Am I wrong for getting the deep fried roll? I mean it's on the menu. I'm willing to try the place again and a diff roll.....read full review
Honestly I was surprised given this place is a food truck. But it blew me away-- super fresh ingredients and everything flavored so well.Highly recommend fried tofu side and Northern lights poke bowl. I love that they let you do half&half salad and rice bowl. Perfect combo!! Definitely worth checking out !!
