Went here to try their gluten-free crust and trying to find the best in the city. I saw this pizza place on my gluten-free app, because they said that the crust was thicker than regular gluten-free crust which really isn’t not the case. Rovente is my family's go-to pizza spot. We've ordered from here for years. There is something very unique about the crust taste-wise that lends itself to an easy craving. When my folks visit from Montana, my mom insists that we order here at least twice during said visit. The old standby is the Pepperoni Scrittore (excellent) for the kids and adults, and at least one white sauce pizza for my dad and me.
