Best mochi I’ve had in Oregon. Fluffy chewy and gooey on the inside, crusty buttery and crunchy on the top. Outstanding.Good ube buns too I got at the end of day and still soft and fluffy.

I am reluctant to rate the atmosphere as St. Barbra's does not accommodate seated patrons. However, I can say their staff make your experience incredibly welcoming, and all staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. Their food overall hits the spot. It's very delicious, satisfying, and budget friendly for college students and households on fixed incomes. A great homage to Filipino culture. #applause
We've been wanting to try St. Barbra Pinoy Bakery for quite a while, but had always seemed to be in the area on a day they were closed. We finally made it today and I must say I LOVE the beef empanadas and ube mochis I got! My wife enjoyed the puto, as well. I can't wait to try more sweet treats and some of the savory meals they offer! And thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff that helped us today, our visit was all the more pleasant. We'll definitely be back again very soon!

These people deserve a bigger bakery!! I ordered an ube chiffon cake for my son's birthday with white chocolate frosting and THEY CAME THROUGH & not only did they come through- everyone said the cake was absolutely delicious! They were beyond sweet there- the entire staff was so warm and welcoming. They started and ended by wishing my son Happy Birthday & when I asked him at the end of the day what his favorite part of the day was he said, "Honestly it was the people at the bakery"- I want to thank each and every one of them for making my kid's birthday so very special. I cannot recommend this bakery highly enough. Please keep them in business- They're wonderful. ❤

We love this bakery! They have the most variety of ube goodies in town, made with love and care! The cheesecake is my favorite, very rich but not too sweet and enough for 2 people. The breakfast burrito is a second fav for us :) The owner is so kind and takes care of his customers. My husband and I eventually became regulars!
