Visited Portland for a week and came here 4 times, absolutely loved it. The pastries were the best we found in the city and the coffee was so-so. The staff was always polite and helpful and the service was fast even on busy mornings. Was very lucky to be staying just a block away so we could visit most mornings, but I'd drive across the city for that almond croissant.
Extremely authentic French Bakery/cafe, very much like what you would see in France. The food is delicious. I had the turkey and cheese croissant and the Strawberry millefueille and both were fantastic, highly recommend. Everything is baked fresh that morning. There is some indoor and outdoor seating available. There is a water station and you bus your own table.

After a couple mile hike through Forest Park, stopping in to get lunch was a perfect little treat. The folks behind the counter were very kind, food came out pretty quickly for the line of people ahead of me, and it was super tasty! Highly recommend!
