I asked for a Trenta Dragon Drink with light ice - a simple order. I was given a drink with 75% ice. My drink was ruined and actually not much of the drink was actually there, no I did not send it back - been there, done that.How do you put a slice of Lemon Loaf in a bag? Frosting side up? Why would you put it upside down making the frosting stick to the bag? Why is that so difficult? Ordered online to arrive and them not have the food I ordered. Asked for a refund on my app and the gal didn't know how to do that so asked someone for a refund card. Received a dirty card full of sticky syrup for $4 that I can't even load to my app. My sandwich was $4.95. I didn't have it in me to spend more time here to get my full refund! The parking lot here sucks to get in and out of too! Too bad the non-drive through Starbucks on 82nd closed as that location was easier.

My favorite items to get here are cheese danish pastries warmed up, and a mango (dragon fruit refresher) blended made with lemonade not water, sweet cream, or no cream for those who don't need extra sweetness, then ask for strawberry puree instead. Lastly, white chocolate mocha frap extra pump.
