Such delicious pho! We got the Pho Bo and Pho Tom (pictured). Super helpful and friendly service. Food came quickly. Seating is comfortable, nothing fancy. Low noise level makes conversing easy. I had the Pho Chay vegan broth and it was so fresh and aromatic! I added a basil leaf and lime squirt to bites of noodles that were just divine. The baby bow boy were a whole new flavor. The music was chill, with the sun streaming in, it was a perfect lunch break. Loved it!

The whole place's vibe was right. Person that took our order and made the food was polite and you could tell enjoyed what they created. We got the beef PHO to 5 spice chicken! Tell the whole block to pull up! BIG LOVE.

Limited options but for a good reason the broth has so much depth and the atmosphere is very cute. It’s a small space so if you have a big group plan accordingly. Best pho I’ve had in Portland so far.

Today I went to Thom with some friends I was visiting. It was my first and only time there so please take that into consideration with this review. The food wasn’t necessarily bad, but it was… off. My Com Ga tasted like day old leftovers. The chicken was tougher/firmer than what freshly chicken feels like. The rice was DEFINITELY a day old which is actually dangerous as leftover rice can cause food poisoning due the bacteria Bacillus cereus. The food wasn’t necessarily bad for leftovers but I have a problem paying $17 bucks plus a tip for food that isn’t fresh. My friends with me got the Bun thit and they mentioned that their pork tasted like it had been reheated. The egg rolls that we had were delicious and tasted extremely fresh! Hopefully we just caught them at a low point and they don’t do this all the time. I want to give them another shot, but if I go back and feel it’s reheated food, I will ask for a refund.

Best non-greasy pho in N/NE Portland. There are only five tables for dine-in so we usually get takeout. They have expanded their menu recently and we appreciate the authenticity. The elderly man there is absolutely adorable and pleasant!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pho is the best ever
