Went on a Monday evening for dumplings: crystal shrimp, pork and shrimp xiao long bao , pork and crab xiao long bao. Ordered pork belly on a whim. Everything was fantastic. Get the yuzu lemon drop!

Very delicious! No complaints. Waiter helped me order as I like to ask for what is most popular. Drinks always filled. Can’t complain. Very great experience. Would definitely go again.

Went to Xin Ding for dinner. The vibe was giving sports bar, which was great for us because we had just finished a hike and were looking for a quick spot to eat. The food was good, the vegetable dumplings and the Pork Xiao Long were our favorite dumplings. The orange chicken and sesame chicken were ok, felt like they could have had a little more flavor. The chicken fried rice was really good! The portion sizes were huge which we always love lol. Service was great, the waiters were attentive and friendly.

Food was decent but it took probably an hour to get our food. It was also pretty expensive

It took about 20 minutes for someone to come and take our order. When we arrived, there were only a few customers, yet despite a large number of staff standing around, they all had indifferent expressions (although we knew they weren't assigned to our table). We had the Mandarin Crispy Chicken and the Shrimp with Mixed Vegetable. The food came out surprisingly quickly, around 10 minutes after ordering. The chicken had a balanced flavor rather than being overly intense, and it was delicious. The mixed vegetable dish also had a flavorful style reminiscent of the "Taste Of Sichuan" in Beaverton. While it's common for the staff at Chinese restaurants to lack smiles, with food this delicious, I'm willing to overlook it and would like to come back to try other dishes.

I stopped in for a quick snack with my nephew. We ordered the wontons in spicy chili sauce. They were FANTASTIC. I forgot to take the picture until after we scarfed down a couple each. The portions were plentiful. I will definitely come back for date night. We enjoyed watching the skilled chef make the dumplings. Talk about fresh! The service was also excellent.

Beautiful spacious venue. There's an open bar as well. Good service, average food dishes.

Food was amazing. Wantons with chili sauce is to die for (don't get it to go though, gets soggy) and the fried rice is the bestweve ever had. Service was slow but they were short staffed like most places and doing their best

the pork XLB dumplings were divine, even when carried out and reheated at home.

No reservations, it’s first come first serve and you wait in line until a table becomes available. The turnover is really quick so you don’t have to wait too long.Love coming here for a flavorful and casual meal.It is a loud restaurant with sports games usually playing on TVSs.Dietary restrictions: My partner has a shellfish allergy and there is plenty on the menu.

This place is awesome! Great location with lots of shops around it. Parking can be a bit tricky. This place is so good! Not the traditional dim sum on the carts walking around. The dim sum plates are large and cost a good 14 to 17 dollars so it's hard to try lots of things without paying for it. The soup dumplings are probably the best I've tasted. Service can be a bit slow as it is popular! But it's worth the wait. Bathrooms are small and not exactly sparkling clean but the dining area is open and feels clean. Came here twice in the last week.Kid-friendliness: I haven't brought my own but lots of kids were here. I would say this is definitely family friendly.

Surprisingly, best XLB in portland. Maybe even better than the DTF in pioneer place. You can tell there's so much soup just from the pictures. We weren't expecting this at all based on the how slow the service was or the pub-like decor, but the food is spot on!

Service was soooo slow after we ordered. But the food was amazing! Going to be our new regular spot for all events! Just order everything you need upfront and ask for extra water, they won't be back.

Soup dumplings are delicious, with tasty broth and pork filling resembling pillows. Avoid ordering the hot and sour soup; it's unpleasant and tastes like an overdose of white pepper and vinegar. The stir-fried rice noodles(chow Fun) are perfect in color, aroma, and taste and the prices are reasonable too. I might come back to try other dishes. The service is good, but the restroom is quite ordinary with a strange odor and difficult-to-lock door. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed my overall experience.
