“sometimes a little understaffed but they do the best they can with their available resources. the waiting/pickup area is no frills or fancy but it is suitable for what it's intended for (unless they are really busy, upon which they only have 2 chairs for waiting customers, so you might end up standing for a period of time before being helped) handicapped persons may want to wait in their vehicle during busy times.“
“I felt bad for the Manager here yesterday evening. He was swamped with the new system and orders. I was unhappy that my mother was skipped on her delivery order. It was sitting at their store 1.5 hours. It was supposed to have been delivered. I had to go in since the call center wasn’t helping with getting me an answer on why they didn’t deliver her pizza. This system needs to be changed. I gave five stars however because I feel the Manager was trying his hardest. Pizza Hut needs to do something about this. Help your employees!“
